We manage a large number of properties across London and the South East and act as a block and estate management agent for third party clients as well as for the buildings we own.

Service charges are transparent and we have invested in industry leading systems to make sure that freeholders and leaseholders get clear breakdowns of exactly how much their block costs to run. Our suite of services includes a detailed site inspection reporting system, with regular visits by the property manager and financial reporting to keep you regularly informed. For every new client we provide a complete review of all services and contracts in place, a management audit, with schedules of condition and recommendations.
We allocate a dedicated property manager to deal with your block and residents so there is only one point of contact, as we appreciate that communication is key to managing agent success.
